AjiCook does not set a fixed cooking capacity for you. As a chef, you are responsible for managing how many orders you can handle in a day. Planning your daily cooking capacity helps maintain food quality, avoid stress, and protect your reputation with customers.

Tips

  • Know your limits → Estimate realistically how many meals you can cook per day based on your time, kitchen size, and equipment.

  • Plan your availability → Set your available days and cut-off times in the Chef Platform according to what you can handle.

  • Use meal availability → If you already have enough orders, you can temporarily unpublish certain meals to control your workload.

  • Avoid overbooking → Only publish meals when you are sure you can prepare them properly.

  • Communicate if needed → If you face unexpected issues, inform the customer quickly and adjust your availability.

  • Protect your reputation → Fewer cancellations and consistent quality keep your fulfillment rate above 95% and your account safe.
