Overview
AjiCook lets you choose how you want to receive marketing updates, while always ensuring you receive the essential transactional messages related to your orders.

How it works

  • Marketing communications → In your Communication Preferences page, you can enable or disable:

    • Special offers (exclusive deals and promotions)

    • News & updates (latest meals and announcements)

    • Newsletter & promotions (featured chefs and offers)

  • Push notifications → From the same page, you can manage push alerts for promotions and special offers.

  • Transactional communications (cannot be disabled) → These are required to keep you informed about your orders:

    • Order placed confirmations

    • Order completed notifications

    • Cancellation or refund updates

  • Flexibility → You can change your marketing and push preferences anytime. Simply update the toggles and click Accept to save your choices.
