Deleting or closing your account

Overview
If you decide to stop using AjiCook, you can request the deletion or closure of your account. This process is handled by our support team to make sure your data is managed securely.

How it works

  • Request by email → Send an email to 
    support@ajicook.com 
    from the address linked to your account.

  • Request via Help Center → You can also submit a request through the Help Center.

  • Verification → For security, our team may verify your identity before processing your request.

  • Impact → Once your account is closed, your profile, past reviews, and saved preferences will no longer be visible on the platform. Order history may be retained for legal or financial compliance.
