AjiCook is built to ensure that customers always feel safe when ordering meals. From secure payments to verified chefs, several protections are in place to guarantee trust and reliability.

Protections in place

  • Secure payments → Payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted global provider. Money is held safely until your order is completed.

  • PIN code confirmation → Orders are only closed — and payments released — when you provide your PIN code to the chef, or automatically after 24 hours if no claim is raised.

  • Refund policies → Clear cancellation and refund policies protect you in case of order issues or chef cancellations.

  • Food Safety Badge → Chefs who complete safety verification and training earn the Food Safety Badge, helping you identify trusted options.

  • Reviews & ratings → You can see ratings and feedback from other customers to make informed choices.

  • Support team → If something goes wrong, AjiCook Support is available through the Help Center to review and resolve issues.
