Overview
AjiCook uses Stripe Connect for payouts to your bank.
You can see payouts inside the platform and in your Stripe dashboard.
Where to view
Platform → Earnings → Payout
Shows: Available soon to payout (next transfer) and the list of payout transactions with amount and arrival date.
Each payout groups multiple orders from a period.
Stripe
Click Access to Stripe account from Payment Account to open your Stripe dashboard.
In Stripe, go to Balances → Payouts for full details (fees, bank status, trace IDs).
How payouts work
Customer pays → funds settle in Stripe.
On the payout schedule (e.g., weekly), Stripe sends a payout to your bank.
The platform shows each payout line with its amount and expected arrival date.
Statuses you may see
Available soon to payout: funds queued for the next payout.
Pending / In transit (Stripe): payout created, not yet in your bank.
Paid: payout has arrived.
Failed: bank rejected the payout (see Troubleshooting).
Troubleshooting
No payouts yet: complete Payment Account (Stripe Connect) and publish meals; payouts start after Stripe verification.
Failed payout: open Access to Stripe account, update bank/IBAN or any missing info, then retry; refresh the Payment Account page.
Wrong amount: check order-level earnings in Wallet and the payout breakdown in Stripe.
Different arrival date: bank holidays and cut-off times can shift arrival by 1–2 business days.
Export / Records
Use Stripe’s export for official payout statements.
Keep the payout ID (e.g., txn_…) for support requests.
If you need help matching a payout to specific orders, send Support the payout ID and the date range.
